NSW Department of Education engaged WebFM during the construction of Yandelora Public School in Narellan, a $22M School for Specific Purposes built to support students with moderate to severe intellectual and physical disabilities. The project required specialised facilities (16 teaching spaces, hydrotherapy pool, accessible classrooms) and a robust system to manage operations and maintenance documentation and to track defects through construction and the defects liability period; WebFM supplied its OmTrak O&M Manuals Software and OmTrak Siteworks Software and App for this purpose.

WebFM implemented OmTrak O&M Manuals to centralise all building asset documentation and used OmTrak Siteworks (and the Siteworks app) to log and manage construction defects and the DLP. This delivered a streamlined handover and ongoing maintenance process for the NSW Department of Education, accelerating defect identification and resolution, consolidating O&M documentation, and improving maintenance readiness following project completion in 2019.
