Northern Alberta Urology Centre engaged WebFM to support handover and facilities management for its new $40 million urology facility. The project required accurate, consolidated project closeout documentation and an efficient way to manage construction records, assets and defects across multiple clinical, procedure and research spaces while integrating with existing client FM systems.

WebFM deployed its OmTrak Building Information Management suite—OmTrak Documents, O&M Manuals and OmTrak Siteworks—along with training and support to centralize construction records and asset information. The WebFM solution enhanced project handover documentation accuracy, centralized defect and asset management, and integrated with the client’s FM systems to streamline ongoing operations and facility support.
