Lendlease was the delivery partner for the ICC Sydney and Darling Harbour Live precinct, a major urban transformation (project value c. $800M within a $3.4B precinct) completed in 2018. Faced with the challenge of managing comprehensive operations & maintenance documentation and tracking construction defects and DLP across a large, complex site, Lendlease engaged WebFM to supply OmTrak O&M Manuals Software and the OmTrak Siteworks Software and App.

WebFM implemented OmTrak O&M Manuals to centralize O&M documentation and OmTrak Siteworks (software and app) to capture and manage defects and DLP workflows in real time. The solution delivered a single source of truth for asset manuals, streamlined handover processes and more efficient defect resolution—measurable improvements in administrative overhead, handover speed and ongoing facilities management were achieved through WebFM’s tools.
