Laing O'Rourke - Customer Case Study

Laing O'Rourke, as part of the Juris Partnership, delivered the Canberra Law Courts — a $150,000,000 justice precinct completed in 2018 with a target of a 5‑Star Green Star rating and a focus on energy‑efficient systems (110 kW solar PV, solar water heating, rainwater harvesting, upgraded HVAC and lighting). To manage the complex handover and quality requirements, Laing O'Rourke engaged WebFM and used its OmTrak O&M Manuals Software plus the OmTrak Siteworks Software and App.

WebFM implemented OmTrak to compile and manage the operations and maintenance manuals for the building's assets and to track and resolve construction defects and DLP items via the Siteworks app. This streamlined handover and asset information management supported on‑time completion in 2018, helped ensure documented asset performance for ongoing operations, and contributed to the precinct meeting its sustainability and operational objectives.
