Department of Education WA engaged in a complex public–private partnership (awarded 2015) to design, build, finance and maintain multiple schools across the Perth metropolitan area—delivering seven schools across 11 construction stages. The challenge was coordinating handover, operations and maintenance documentation and managing construction defects and the Defects Liability Period (DLP) across multiple sites and stakeholders for a $150,000,000 project.

WebFM implemented its OmTrak suite—OmTrak O&M Manuals Software to manage operations and maintenance manuals and the OmTrak Siteworks Software and App to track defects during construction and DLP. WebFM’s tools streamlined asset and O&M documentation, consolidated defect management across the campuses, and supported the staged handovers that culminated in construction completion in 2019, ensuring organised O&M records for ongoing facilities management.
