The Department of Defence engaged WebFM to support the Moorebank Units Relocation Project, which required complete demobilisation and relocation of the Moorebank Barracks in Sydney to Holsworthy. This was the largest Australian Defence capital works project in over 70 years, involving the removal or rebuilding of 146 separate buildings across 13 Defence Units and 4 facilities, including accommodation, the School of Military Engineering, a pool and gymnasium, training precincts and associated civil infrastructure.

WebFM delivered OmTrak Site Works and Documents plus WebFM consulting to centralise document control and coordinate builders, contractors and defect management through construction and handover. The solution enabled efficient management and delivery of operations and maintenance, supporting the removal/rebuild of 146 buildings and the orderly handover of multiple precincts and facilities, while improving document, contractor and defect workflows.
