Consortium, comprising Fletcher Construction, Cushman and Wakefield and Westpac, delivered a $270m, 25‑year PPP new maximum security facility and faced the challenge of capturing assets, compiling comprehensive O&M manuals and managing a large volume of construction data for a timely handover. WebFM was engaged, using its OmTrak Building Information Management solution, to address these documentation and asset-capture needs.

WebFM implemented OmTrak to enable progressive upload and centralized management of O&M manuals, asset capture records and siteworks data throughout construction, streamlining the handover process. The result was timely delivery of O&M documentation, reduced risk of delay costs and penalties, and a more efficient transition to long‑term operations for the Consortium.
