Christchurch City Council commissioned the $93m, five‑storey Christchurch Central Library (Turanga) to be the most modern public library in the southern hemisphere. To manage the complex designs and multi‑contractor construction, the Council engaged WebFM and used OmTrak Documents and Siteworks along with WebFM Consulting to centralize project information and coordination.

WebFM implemented its OmTrak Building Information Management solution to centralize documents and site data, giving contractors access to all required drawings and records and enabling more efficient construction management. As a result, WebFM helped streamline information flow across this and other Council projects, supporting delivery of the $93m state‑of‑the‑art facility and improving project document accessibility.
