CBus Property and CEFC delivered Collins Arch, a $600M, 47-level mixed‑use development on Melbourne’s Collins Street with high NABERS and NatHERS ratings. Their challenge was managing extensive operations and maintenance documentation and tracking construction defects and the defect liability period (DLP) across two towers, a skybridge, commercial offices and a hotel. They engaged WebFM and deployed OmTrak O&M Manuals Software and OmTrak Siteworks Software and App to address these needs.

WebFM implemented OmTrak O&M to centralize O&M manuals and asset records and used OmTrak Siteworks to log, track and close out defects during construction and DLP. The solution delivered a single source of truth for handover, streamlined defect management and clearer asset information for ongoing maintenance, helping CBus Property and CEFC achieve organized handover and operational readiness for the complex Collins Arch project.
