Anglicare, one of Australia’s leading aged care providers with 23 retirement and residential facilities across greater Sydney, was struggling with multiple unlinked data systems after acquisitions. The decentralised maintenance planning and inconsistent handover documentation—12 of 23 sites had missing or incorrect records—put the organisation at risk of non-compliance with the Federal Aged Care Act. Anglicare engaged WebFM, using its consulting services and the OmTrak platform, to centralise and standardise its asset and documentation management.

WebFM combined a strategic consulting review with OmTrak to digitise all manuals and communications, identify and correct information gaps across the 12 affected facilities, and implement portfolio-wide maintenance plans while training facility managers.
