Serviceline - Customer Case Study

Serviceline, a national provider of catering and refrigeration maintenance with over 120 engineers and more than 100 vehicles, needed better visibility of its workforce, reduced fuel and mileage costs, and seamless integration with its job‑scheduling software. After an unsuccessful trial with another supplier, Serviceline turned to Webfleet and deployed a solution using a LINK 300 GPS tracking unit paired with a GO 7000 navigation device offering 2‑way messaging and LIVE HD traffic services.

Webfleet’s installation gave office staff live locations, ETAs and traffic-aware routing, and enabled automated job scheduling to engineers instead of faxes or voicemails. The result was faster job allocation, reduced mileage and extended vehicle life (lowering lease costs), and a consistent 18% reduction in fuel usage despite rising fuel prices — delivering measurable cost and efficiency improvements for Serviceline.
