Mobile Thrones Cuts fuel and Labor costs up to 20% and Increases Revenue by up to 10%

Mobile Thrones, a Jacksboro-based portable restroom and sanitation services provider with six trucks and more than 400 units across North Texas, needed better navigation, operator communication, and equipment tracking to manage deliveries, pickups and weekly service runs across thousands of square miles. To solve these challenges the company adopted the Webfleet fleet management system for GPS navigation, driver messaging and asset tracking.

Webfleet enabled Mobile Thrones to add custom map flags for remote gate access, send route updates directly to drivers, and annotate each unit with color-coded “bubbles” for location, status and service history. As a result the company estimates fuel and labor costs fell by up to $2,000 per month (about 20%) and revenue rose by up to 10%, while customer inquiries dropped and onboarding of new drivers became faster and simpler.
