JC Towing, a San Diego towing company founded in 1974 by JC Clark that operates a 75-vehicle fleet, needed better control over its operators and equipment to reduce costs and improve customer response. After earlier fleet systems produced slow updates and problematic installation/support, JC Towing selected Webfleet’s fleet management solution to solve those challenges.
