Elis, a European textile rental and laundry services provider, operates a UK fleet of 480 HGVs and 270 LCVs making around 5,000 daily deliveries. Facing fragmented telematics across divisions and no central reporting or ROI, Elis sought an integrated solution to improve driver safety and fleet sustainability and selected Webfleet’s WEBFLEET fleet management platform (including OptiDrive 360 and camera integrations).

Webfleet implemented WEBFLEET with OptiDrive 360 coaching and ICanProve.IT camera integration to consolidate telematics, mileage auditing, transport management and real-time reporting. The results include a 58% reduction in inefficient/unsafe driving incidents, 76% less idling, 24% lower fleet mileage, more than 2,000 tonnes of CO2 cut, £1.8m fuel savings and £1.2m saved in insurance claims handling as accident payouts fell from 80% to 20%, delivering clear ROI and improved driver protection.
