Disposal Plus, a residential and commercial debris-removal division serving Connecticut and Western Massachusetts with two trucks and 125 containers, was hindered by a manual fleet-management process that produced poor communication, excessive paperwork and inflexible driver schedules. Seeking vehicle tracking, usage reporting and the ability to push schedule changes directly to in-vehicle devices, Disposal Plus turned to Webfleet for a fleet management system.

Webfleet implemented a real-time fleet management solution (deployed via HD Mobility Solutions) that lets the manager send schedules and changes electronically, track vehicles online and generate automated usage reports. As a result, Disposal Plus cut telephone and administration costs by more than 10%, saved about an hour of administrative work per day, improved dispatch communication and simplified IFTA tax reporting using Webfleet’s reports.
