Cheetah Couriers & Logistics, a UK courier operating a 30-vehicle fleet and handling 100–150 jobs per day for about 1,000 businesses, needed real-time visibility of vehicle locations, stop durations and driver communications to boost efficiency and meet Health & Safety requirements for night-time shifts. Webfleet’s tracking and messaging platform was fitted in 26 vans, enabling Bluetooth hands‑free telephony, logged messaging (showing when and where messages are read), instant PODs from subcontractors and customer access to live vehicle location and ETAs.
