Corporate Solutions, a Birmingham-based logistics specialist operating 100 44‑tonne HGVs, faced a time‑consuming, error‑prone process of manually checking thousands of fuel card transactions. To solve this, the company deployed Webfleet across its fleet and enhanced the service with BP FleetMove Pro to gain integrated visibility of vehicle location, fuel consumption and fuel card activity.

Webfleet’s integrated platform delivers data every 15 minutes in a single interface, combining fuel levels, transactions and OptiDrive 360 driver scores to flag anomalies, prevent fuel card misuse and provide in‑cab coaching. The solution automated exception reports, improved driver behaviour (OptiDrive scores rose from 8.2 to 9.1), increased mpg by 9.2% and cut fuel costs by 8.1%, while also reducing administration and strengthening fraud detection.
