Pets at Home, the UK’s leading pet care specialist with around 9,000 colleagues across 450 retail stores, distribution centres and support offices, faced a slow, paper-based expense process that delayed reimbursements and consumed significant payroll and approver time. Webexpenses implemented its cloud-based platform and mobile app (including reporting and private mileage functionality), enabling staff to snap and upload receipts and managers to approve on the go. The solution cut approval and processing times by half, freed finance and payroll teams to focus on customers, supported circa 9,000 users across Pets at Home and Vets4Pets, and improved spend control through custom reporting.
