NextiraOne, the UK’s leading vendor-independent communications solutions and services provider, faced a slow, paper-based expense process for its large field-based implementation and support team that relied on printed Excel spreadsheets for approval. To modernize and streamline expense handling while continuing to run MFG/PRO (with a planned move to SAP), NextiraOne engaged Webexpenses to replace the manual workflow.

Webexpenses delivered an online expense management system that improved report quality, enabled end-to-end tracking, immediate approvals and repayments across locations, and integrated with NextiraOne’s finance systems. The new process allowed management reporting and client/project recharging, helped secure P11D dispensation under IR69, and produced measurable savings — including the removal of a headcount from expense processing — demonstrating tangible cost and efficiency gains for NextiraOne.
