Museum of London - Customer Case Study

The Museum of London had relied on a paper-based process for credit card expenses that created heavy administrative burden and gave the business little control or management information. To address this, the Museum of London adopted Webexpenses, selecting Webexpenses' end-to-end service (with integration via the Exchequer application) to digitize and centralize its credit card expense processing.

Webexpenses implemented a cloud-based expense workflow that delivered cost efficiencies, statutory VAT compliance, and fast access to detailed management reporting—allowing the Museum to pull detailed management information quickly and gain greater control of its expense spend. As a result, administrative workload has reduced and oversight improved, and the Museum of London plans to extend Webexpenses from credit-card processing to general employee expense claims.
