A WeBetter Case Study

Preview of the Converse Case Study

Converse sold out 250 tickets in 6 minutes with WeBetter

The customer Converse faced a challenge where its iconic Chuck Taylor shoes were losing relevance with the 14-24 age group, who began to see them as "their parents’ shoes." This led to declining interest and sales. Vendor WeBetter was tasked with rebuilding the relationship and returning the product to contemporary cultural environments.

WeBetter implemented the "LOVE, CHUCK" platform, a series of experiential pop-up events and community collaborations designed to make Converse a natural part of music and youth culture. The solution leveraged an authentic voice, Pam Rabbit, and created high-demand events that seamlessly blended offline experiences with online sharing. The campaign successfully shifted brand perception, brought Converse back into a living cultural context, and activated the target audience to engage with the brand in real life.
