Vezeeta is a Cairo‑based health‑tech platform that connects over 10 million patients with 50,000+ doctors across 43 specialties for in‑clinic, virtual and at‑home consultations, lab collections and pharmacy deliveries. While focused on new customer acquisition, Vezeeta faced a strategic challenge in improving user engagement and reactivating existing customers to boost retention and lifetime value.
Working with WebEngage, Vezeeta implemented targeted push‑notification journeys (new‑user onboarding, booking confirmations, repeat booking and pharmacy repeat journeys) and ran reactivation campaigns with promotional offers. The effort delivered a 47% uplift in pharmacy orders and strong cross‑pollination of appointment bookers, while digitizing the patient experience and enabling more personalized, retention‑focused engagement.
