TimesPro, the Times Of India Group’s edtech arm founded in 2013, wanted to deepen learner engagement, gather actionable feedback, and reduce lead drop-offs across its varied career and executive programs. The challenge was to personalize outreach at scale, ensure prospects received the correct course materials, and use insights to improve offerings while streamlining manual effort across many courses.
Using WebEngage, TimesPro automated catalog-driven journeys (including a ‘Call an API’ block to fetch personalized brochures and backup homesite options) and leveraged WhatsApp-led offsite surveys to collect feedback. The approach produced a 27% unique conversion rate from catalog journeys and an outstanding 63% survey response rate, simplifying processes, improving lead nurturing, and enabling data-driven product decisions.
