Joining the WebEngage Startup Program, Bummer implemented live segmentation, Journey Designer, analytics and automated email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns to personalize customer journeys and unify channels. The result: profitable campaigns with 5–7x ROI, repeat revenue rising from ~20% to 32–37% (>80% uplift), SMS accounting for 77% of revenue, email open rates of 40–60%, conversion rates improving from ~9% to 15–18%, and M0 retention increasing from 28% to 44%.
