After onboarding WebEngage, HNAK used Journey Designer and omnichannel campaigns (email, push, web push, on-site notifications) to send behavior-driven, personalized messages and mobile-optimized emails. The outcome: improved domain reputation and engagement—cart-abandonment emails hit a 67% open rate, average open rates rose ~30%, click rates improved by over 40%, and cart abandonment dropped by 67%.
