NxtWave is a fast-growing Hyderabad-based edtech startup that transforms students into job-ready tech professionals through its CCBP programs and vernacular content. The team needed to scale personalized, timely omnichannel communication to engage a diverse learner base, collect actionable feedback, and reduce churn—tasks that were time-consuming and largely manual.
By implementing WebEngage (Live Segments, Journeys, on-site notifications, WhatsApp, email, SMS and ad channels), NxtWave automated segmentation and personalized engagement flows. Results included a jump to a 59% click-through rate on feedback notifications (up from ~4% previously), streak-nudge conversions of 12% for positive streaks and 5% for negative streaks, zero manual effort for webinar segmentation, and marked improvements in student engagement, motivation and product insights.
