Zivame, one of India’s largest lingerie marketplaces (founded 2011, ~1.5M+ active online users), needed to grow revenue without escalating acquisition costs by getting existing visitors to return and convert. The core challenge was delivering timely, personalized onsite messaging that ties a user’s behavioral history across web and mobile—especially for anonymous users who drop off product pages.

Using WebEngage’s Journey Designer, Zivame built a four-day journey that first waits 30 minutes for organic conversion, then triggers personalized onsite notifications or a series of targeted web push messages (2–3 day gaps) based on channel reachability. The campaign drove a 20% uplift in conversions—adding 6,408 incremental purchases (a 19.6% uplift over 32.7k organic converters)—and achieved a 19% CTR on the personalized notification, yielding meaningful incremental revenue and an easily editable, scalable workflow.
