Taulia Inc., a financial supply chain company that provides cloud-based invoice, payment and dynamic discounting solutions, faced a user-adoption challenge: invoices are typically raised by clerical staff, not financial decision makers, so suppliers’ key finance stakeholders weren’t signing up to accelerate payments through discounts.
To solve this, Taulia used WebEngage onsite notifications (a callout/modal with a clear CTA) on its homepage to prompt users to invite cash managers, treasurers and finance colleagues to register. Within two weeks it onboarded 37 financial decision makers, and month-on-month growth in total discounts captured jumped from a 5% baseline to 17%—a 240% increase in the monthly uplift.
