Case Study: Swap.com converts 15% of mobile visitors into leads with WebEngage

A WebEngage Case Study

Preview of the Swap.com Case Study

How Swap.com converted 15% of visitors on their mobile site into leads

Swap.com, the largest U.S. online consignment marketplace for kids, baby, maternity and women’s apparel, saw heavy mobile traffic but most purchases occurred on desktop. Their challenge was to convert first-time mobile visitors into customers by capturing emails for marketing follow-ups.

They implemented a WebEngage on-entry modal survey that targeted unregistered, first-time mobile users and offered one-time free shipping as an incentive. The modal generated over 100K impressions and converted more than 15% of those visitors into leads, giving the CRM team a scalable source of contactable prospects instead of only anonymous browsing data.
