Cuemath, an interactive after-school math program founded in 2013, serves 50k+ students across 2M+ classes and combines online and offline learning through multiple apps for students, parents and teachers. The company struggled with fragmented data and customer-consumer complexity—three distinct entities interacting across six platforms—which led to poor product communication, late fee payments, high churn and teacher retention challenges.

Working with WebEngage, Cuemath consolidated event data via SDKs and created unique student, parent and teacher accounts with event-linking and automated user journeys so student events (e.g., fee due, milestones) could trigger personalized parent or teacher communications.
