Working with WebEngage, the company used the WebEngage platform to better understand user behavior and address drop-offs across its large base of more than 15 million users.
WebEngage implemented a customized onboarding and retargeting setup using user tracking, funnel analysis, segmentation, web push messages, website notifications, and A/B testing. The results were strong: more than 1 million dropped-off users were brought back into the funnel, user engagement rose 25–28%, transactions increased 3.5x over six months, and WebEngage retargeting campaigns contributed 17% of overall transactions.
