Go-MMT (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and redBus) built InGo-MMT, a shared extranet for its hotel partners, and needed to boost partner engagement, streamline communications and improve retention. The team faced a fragmented data landscape with no unified partner view, limited ability to reach partners contextually in real time, and difficulty building and activating the right segments for diverse partner types and time zones.

Working with WebEngage and its in-house engineers, Go-MMT integrated InGoBox and backend events via WebEngage’s API and SDK, then used the Journey Designer for behaviour-driven, cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, web & mobile push) and dynamic segmentation with timezone scheduling. The deployment went live in 30 days, consolidated 500k+ partner profiles, configured 125 events, delivered a 1.3x increase in MAUs and up to a 20% MAU lift in some international markets, improving listings and driving more bookings.
