Glow & Lovely Careers is a mobile platform that provides career guidance, skills training and job opportunities to women across Asia and Africa, aiming to empower 5 million learners. The team faced challenges in identifying learner preferences, reaching users contextually at scale, and guiding women to enroll in and complete courses while delivering a seamless, personalized learning experience.

Partnering with WebEngage, they implemented hyper-personalized, event-driven journeys and multi-channel nudges (email, web push and on-site/off-site surveys) to digitally handhold learners through enrollment and course progress. The campaigns drove a 33% uplift in course enrollments, a 40% average email open rate during the journey, 11.22% of learners completing courses, and strong survey engagement (58% response from deeply engaged learners and 55% from lightly engaged learners).
