Fintech Platform Reach Finance witnesses a 2x increase in MoM repeats with the WebEngage Startup Program

Reach Finance is an Indonesian fintech (founded 2022, HQ Jakarta) that helps urban millennials and Gen Z plan, track and achieve financial goals by combining e‑commerce with personal financial management. The startup struggled with limited automation for email marketing, low user acquisition, weak engagement and retention, and insufficient analytics to personalize communication effectively.

Through the WebEngage Startup Program they deployed email, on‑site, in‑app and push channels and used Journey Designer to automate personalized journeys (onboarding, profile completion, and product nudges like the Simulasi Gadget) plus targeted email campaigns. The result: a 31% increase in sign‑ups, email open rates rose from 16% to 46% in three months, and average month‑on‑month repeat/retention doubled.
