Wright Research is a Mumbai-based fintech advisory (founded 2019) that uses quantitative research and machine learning to manage equity portfolios for thousands of customers. The company wanted to boost subscription purchases, increase repeat purchases, and implement an omnichannel engagement strategy but faced fragmented data, limited analytics, difficulty personalizing timely communications, and challenges scaling campaigns.

Partnering with the WebEngage Startup Program, Wright Research unified customer data, built automated omnichannel journeys (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push), used web personalization and onsite notifications, and ran targeted festive campaigns like a 7-day Diwali journey. The approach drove strong outcomes: 81.41% increase in click-through revenue from festive campaigns, 44.37% revenue growth from journeys and campaigns, 7.16% lift in click-through revenue from web personalization, 42% CTR on onsite notifications, 43% overall click-through conversion via omnichannel journeys, and 78% MAU growth over two quarters.
