Pice is a Bangalore-based B2B fintech (founded 2021) that offers UPI-like business payments, credit per transaction, and no-cost collections for distributors, manufacturers, and wholesalers. Facing a complex 3‑step KYC mandated by RBI, high onboarding drop-offs, weak user engagement and limited behavioral insights, Pice needed a reliable marketing-automation partner to reduce churn and drive gross transaction volume month-over-month.
Using WebEngage’s Journey Designer, segmentation, push, WhatsApp, email, events and funnels, Pice implemented optimized onboarding and re‑engagement journeys, trust-led messaging, payment drop-off flows and in-app nudges. Over five months (Aug–Dec 2023) KYC completions rose from 12.62% to 42.55% (3X increase); payment drop-offs fell ~13% in three months, generating 45L+ additional revenue, while ongoing personalization and multi-channel expansion remain the next steps.
