EGO is a leading Pakistani women’s fashion brand with about 17 physical outlets and a global online presence. The team aimed to grow Average Order Value (AOV) and recover abandoned carts, but faced challenges recommending relevant products at scale, nudging cart abandoners at the right moment, and delivering hyper‑personalized communication to millions of shoppers.
Partnering with Orangefox and WebEngage, EGO built automated, data-driven Journeys: a cross‑sell flow that promotes matching bottoms to shoppers who add kurtas, and a multi‑channel cart‑abandonment flow that uses web push, email, SMS and on‑site messages based on channel reachability. The result: a 12%+ increase in AOV, +34% conversions from cross‑selling, a 128% uplift in revenue (PKR 400M+ attributed to the abandonment flow), a 15% reduction in cart abandonment, and higher CTRs across channels.
