Culture Circle Drives 56% Revenue via Email Channel with WebEngage Startup Program

Culture Circle is a Gurugram-based D2C luxury marketplace (founded 2023) that curates high-end fashion, sneakers and streetwear. Early on they faced limited analytics, underused customer data and no marketing automation—making it hard to personalize communications, identify funnel drop-offs, and drive post-purchase engagement and repeat purchases.

Six months into the business they partnered with the WebEngage Startup Program to deploy omnichannel automation (email, WhatsApp, app push), trigger-based journeys for checkout completion and order updates, variation testing, and cohort-led retention campaigns. The results were strong: email became the top revenue channel (56.09% contribution), open rates rose to 69% within three months, and the business achieved an average 10.5% month-on-month repeat rate while improving customer lifetime value and overall retention.
