Cashify is an online marketplace for pre-owned gadgets (phones, laptops, consoles, wearables) founded in 2015 that serves over 1.6 million monthly active users and operates 40+ offline stores. Faced with the need to drive more buybacks, improve user experience and loyalty, and scale highly personalized, timely engagement across a growing user base, Cashify struggled with funnel drop-offs, manual campaign overhead, micro-targeting by behavior/intent, DND restrictions and coupon-related checkout friction.

To solve this, Cashify adopted WebEngage’s Retention Operating System to build funnel analytics and automated, omni-channel journeys (push, SMS, email) that target users at each stage, high-intent segments, invalid-coupon users (via an API-driven coupon flow), and a refer-and-earn program. The results were dramatic: 359% uplift in overall revenue, 93.3% uplift in quotes obtained, a 23.15% increase in product views after install, 250% boost in sell queries on Day 1, strong gains from the invalid-coupon and high-intent campaigns, and major referral-driven user acquisition.
