CASHe is an app-based credit lender that instantly underwrites short-term loans to underserved salaried millennials using its Social Loan Quotient (SLQ). Facing the dual challenge of converting acquired leads into borrowers and driving repeat loans, CASHe lacked a unified view of lead data and the ability to track borrower actions at scale, which caused drop-offs and manual bottlenecks.

CASHe partnered with WebEngage to consolidate customer data and run hyper‑personalized, omnichannel and event‑based journeys (including deep links and IVR integration) that automate timely nudges across SMS, email, push and more.
