LOTS Wholesale Solutions is a Delhi NCR–based B2B wholesaler (part of CP Axtra) founded in 2017, serving retailers, HoReCa and service providers through five stores, an e‑commerce portal and 100,000+ registered business members. Facing limited customer engagement, weak segmentation, high churn among inactive cohorts, manual campaign processes and fragmented omnichannel communication, LOTS needed a scalable, data‑driven way to boost activation, retention and wallet share.

LOTS implemented WebEngage to enable RFM‑based segmentation, personalized omnichannel journeys, automated cart‑recovery and gamification (Scratch Cards, Spin the Wheel) via the Journey Designer. The campaigns drove measurable impact: WebEngage contributed a 13% wallet share, Scratch Cards delivered ~74x ROI, cart‑abandonment automation produced a 16.4% uplift in conversions, M0 retention rose ~10% and M1 ~11%, while push and WhatsApp campaigns produced strong conversion uplifts.
