The company faced low conversion from lead to application/enrollment, heavy manual follow-ups, and the need to re-engage users marked “Not Interested” while delivering personalized journeys across intent, stage, and interest.
Using WebEngage, CollegeDekho implemented multi-stage funnel segmentation (P0–P5), dual-layer personalization (user attributes plus event/catalog data), high-intent CTAs, and unified fallback logic for email/SMS to automate timely, relevant nudges.
