Facing low product adoption among busy customers and overreliance on manual, ad‑hoc campaigns and paid traffic, the team needed a reliable, scalable retention strategy and better cohort-driven insights to boost repeat purchases and ROI.

By joining the WebEngage Startup Program they built automated, omnichannel journey flows (WhatsApp, Email, SMS) with cohort segmentation and a Journey Designer—launching their first flow three days after Shopify integration.
