Modelli Fabrics, an online upholstery fabric supplier, faced the challenge of efficiently connecting its retail customers with local trade upholsterers. They partnered with webdna to create a solution built on their Craft CMS platform.

webdna built and launched a bespoke, user-friendly trade directory on Craft CMS. The solution allowed trade customers to create their own profiles and be found via a searchable map. webdna also executed targeted email campaigns to promote the directory. The results were excellent, with 188 trade customers signing up, an uplift in engagement from previously dormant accounts, and an immediate improvement in the site's bounce rate.
