PURO Hotels, the first lifestyle hotel brand in Poland, needed to digitize its paper-heavy administration during the pandemic, especially the handling of thousands of invoices across its hotel network. The company turned to Webcon and its WEBCON BPS low-code platform to modernize business processes, improve document workflows, and support its multi-company, multilingual operations.

Webcon implemented a digital invoice approval workflow that standardized and accelerated processing, improved transparency, and freed employees from administrative work so they could focus more on guest service. PURO Hotels estimates the new workflow saves over 2,000 hours per year, equivalent to two full-time jobs, and the success has led the company to expand its use of Webcon for other processes such as travel, asset management, onboarding, offboarding, and archiving.
