Marketing Investment Group (MIG) worked with Webcon to improve complaint submission and acceptance and to streamline the order process in its sales chain. The company needed an easy-to-use solution tightly integrated with its existing transaction systems, and it chose WEBCON based on the vendor’s retail experience and the capabilities of WEBCON BPS on Microsoft SharePoint.
Webcon implemented a dedicated BPM solution that automated complaint handling, internal requisition document flow, and integration with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. By the end of Q3 2009, the system was serving more than 200 users across the head office and sales network, improved document input, verification, and acceptance, and added controls for process timing and reporting so MIG could better manage efficiency and customer satisfaction.
