Nowy Styl, a European leader in comprehensive furniture solutions for office and public spaces, needed a way to standardize processes and support international growth beyond the limits of its existing ERP system. To optimize financial document flows, requisitions, cost invoices, supplier authorizations, and payment control, the company turned to Webcon and its WEBCON BPS business process management platform.

Webcon implemented WEBCON BPS with Microsoft SharePoint as the user interface and Microsoft SQL Server for workflow data, enabling scalable, intuitive process automation across the enterprise. The solution reduced fixed bookkeeping and controlling costs, improved document quality and auditability, and allowed Nowy Styl’s internal IT team to build new workflows such as complaints handling; the system later expanded across companies in Germany, England, France, and Slovakia.
