BIBF Gets Ahead of the Curve with the Low-code Application Platform

BIBF, the Bahrain Institute of Finance and Banking, began a major digital transformation initiative in 2019 to modernize internal processes across the organization. To support a future internal competence center and improve efficiency in multiple business areas, BIBF chose Webcon’s low-code application platform, WEBCON BPS.

Using WEBCON BPS, BIBF’s internal team digitized and automated more than 50 business processes across nine core areas, becoming almost entirely paperless within 24 months. The impact was especially valuable during COVID-19, when the organization was able to maintain business continuity and remote work readiness, while continuing to expand digitization into academic and customer service functions.
