ChargeSINI launches EV charging platform in 2022 with Webby Group

ChargeSINI, an EV charging network provider, faced significant challenges in building a software and hardware infrastructure for its public charging service due to a lack of in-house technical expertise. Their goal was to create a simple "Locate, Charge, and Pay" system for EV drivers, but they encountered difficulties with adaptive UI/UX design, hardware malfunctions, integrating complex dynamic load management and OCPP protocols, and achieving compatibility across multiple charger types and third-party hardware.

Webby Group served as the technical solution partner, developing a comprehensive ecosystem that included a web and mobile app, a backend CPO solution, and OCPP-compliant chargers. They collaborated with hardware specialists to resolve compatibility issues and conducted extensive testing. The solution provided by Webby Group integrated dynamic load management, tariff and payment systems, and later expanded to include new features like home charger monitoring and a co-share rental service, ultimately delivering an all-in-one, innovative EV charging infrastructure for ChargeSINI.
