Webbula worked with National Leisure Sports Organization, a membership group of over three million, to address years of legacy data problems that had accumulated across three different CRMs and nearly 12 databases. The organization had more than six million records with inconsistent collection methods and quality control issues; Webbula was tasked with unifying and cleaning almost a decade of disparate data into one accurate database.

Webbula used its dataVault truth-set along with a Data Appends Solution and Multi-Method Hygiene service to merge, deduplicate, update and verify names, postal addresses, phone numbers and email addresses while preserving member ID links.
